Terms
Terms of Service
These terms describe the core expectations for using JobSense career workflows, including public Quick Match access, member accounts, and AI-assisted guidance.
Paid plans and billing
Paid upgrades currently begin through Stripe-hosted Checkout. The live rollout is still focused on upgrade paths that move an account to a higher paid tier.
- Stripe-hosted checkout is used for the current paid-upgrade flow, and Stripe confirms successful payment before JobSense updates plan access.
- Stripe Checkout now displays the active payment methods it considers eligible for the session, which can include cards, PayPal, or other Stripe-supported methods depending on account setup, currency, subscription support, and customer context. Billing-cycle changes for the same tier are not yet part of the live flow.
- Subscriptions can be canceled from the Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and plan access remains active until then.
- A 14-day right of withdrawal applies to all paid plans in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. See the Refund Policy page for full details.
- If a billing issue occurs during this rollout stage, contact support so the team can review the checkout session and account state manually.
Accounts and eligibility
You are responsible for using JobSense with accurate information and for protecting the credentials associated with your account.
- Use your own identity or an identity you are authorized to manage.
- Keep login credentials confidential and notify your internal team if you suspect unauthorized access.
- If you use Google, Apple, or LinkedIn sign-in, the provider email is used to authenticate your account even when your CV or profile lists a different contact email.
- Make sure the materials you submit are lawful and do not violate confidentiality or intellectual-property obligations owed to others.
Acceptable use
JobSense is intended for legitimate career and recruiting workflows. You may not use the service to harm the platform, other users, or third parties.
- Do not upload malware, automated attack payloads, or deceptive content designed to break workflows.
- Do not abuse public scoring flows with scripted traffic, rate-limit evasion, or credential stuffing.
- Do not use the service to process personal data you are not authorized to submit.
AI-generated guidance and limits
Quick Match, CV Tailor, and related outputs are advisory tools. They help you improve positioning for a role, but they do not guarantee hiring outcomes, interviews, or perfect factual interpretation.
- Review generated recommendations before using them in a real application or employer conversation.
- Treat scores and summaries as guidance rather than a promise of market success.
- You remain responsible for the final content you submit to employers or third-party platforms.
Uploaded materials and permissions
You retain responsibility for the content you upload or paste into the platform. By submitting material, you confirm that JobSense may process it for the requested product workflow.
- You must have the right to submit a CV, portfolio summary, job description, or internal role brief that you provide.
- JobSense may transform submitted data into structured outputs, summaries, and saved workflow artifacts needed to operate the product.
- Apple private relay email addresses are accepted for account access when provided by Sign in with Apple.
- Public Quick Match results can later be linked into a member account when you choose to continue.
Service availability and changes
We may improve, pause, or adjust features over time in order to maintain quality, safety, or rollout control. Certain workflows can also be rate-limited or temporarily paused.
- Feature sets, models, and scoring logic may evolve as the product improves.
- We may suspend access to protect the platform, comply with law, or stop abusive activity.
- Operational maintenance or staged rollout controls can affect availability of public features like Quick Match.
